Twin Lakes Physical Therapy was established in 2001 providing orthopedic physical therapy to post-surgical patients in the home health setting. Our first outpatient center was opened in 2003 in Milledgeville, GA followed by additional physical therapy centers in Gray, GA (2004) and Greensboro, GA (2005). We are open 5 days per week in all three locations.

Our Physical Therapists are highly trained in orthopaedic, sports, and manual physical therapy. Many of our Physical Therapists have Doctorate degrees in physical therapy and continue to spend many hours per year on advancing their education to improve their clinical ability to help you heal and return to your normal life.

Twin Lakes Physical Therapy wins the 2014 College Football Union Recorder Pigskin Picks Contest!
Twin Lakes PT took first place in the business contest and 3rd place in the overall contest for the 2014 College Football Union Recorder Pigskin Picks Contest. Through the course of the season the team at Twin Lakes Physical Therapy had 208 wins and only 72 losses. They were correct on their picks for college football games almost 75% of the time! Thanks to all of our patients and staff who contributed to the success and fun. The 2014 Pigskin Picks team at Twin Lakes included: Chris Alford, PT, Shawn Roberts, PT, Jake Griffin, PT, and Jason Marchant, PT. We look forward to the 2015 competition!
